Class description: class focuses on the following: 1) building overall strength by targeting all the major muscle groups 2) Increase muscle tone 3) improve functional movement, performance and overall fitness. We use a variety of equipment and exercises.  The group environment provides motivation and fosters a sense of community among the South staff. The class is accessible to a wide range of participants, from beginners to experienced individuals.
