Personal Training: Individual or Small Group
The scope of practice for a personal trainer is to enhance the components of fitness. Proper exercise can improve body composition, physical performance, heart condition and health. BUFF trainers pay close attention to exercise form and appropriate workouts designed for the individual to meet their goals. The trainer delivers safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts in an enthusiastic and supportive environment. The programs are varied and progressive to improve health and wellness.
Monica Zerfas, is certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for personal training, ACE group fitness and CPR. She also holds certifications with YogaFit, TRX, Insanity, Indo-row and Gravity. In additon to the specizied trainings she has extensive experience teaching large and small group exercise in strength and conditioning, as well as, cardiorespiratory training. Her goal is “to help individuals develop a positive relationship with exercise by providing motivating, empowering, and fun workouts. The best workout is one that addresses individual ability and inspires growth.”
