A low impact, high cardio, full body workout.  Intensity will vary as the work shifts from rolling hills, climbs, sprints and jogs.  This class offers a high calorie burn and full body engagement.  Appropriate for all levels.  Space is limited.  This class is on a shorter schedule Feb 7-March 6, 2024 (5 weeks)
