In this class, you will practice mindful yoga with awareness of what you are doing and why, leading to inner healing and self-reliance. Hatha yoga poses and therapeutic stabilization movements with awareness of natural alignment. All poses performed are similar to how we use our body in real life and will allow you to create a new awareness of natural alignment keeping you mindful of your posture throughout your day.
