In this class, you will practice mindful yoga with awareness of what you are doing and why, leading to inner healing and self-reliance. Hatha yoga poses and therapeutic stabilization movements with awareness of natural alignment make the class a perfect fit for beginning and immediate students as well as those healing from injuries. All poses performed are similar to how we use our body in real life and will allow you to create a new awareness of natural alignment that keeps you in perfect posture throughout your day regardless of the activity. Class taught by an experienced physical therapist.
